Questions
Can I change my meal time?
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll move you to breakfast, lunch or dinner.
What if I'm travelling?
Skip those days on WhatsApp by 9 pm the day before. Every skipped meal is added to the end of your plan.
How do I pay?
By UPI. We send the UPI details on WhatsApp; you reply with the payment screenshot.
Where do you deliver?
Our kitchen is at Gulab Bagh Colony, near Vijay Nagar, Indore. Send your locality on WhatsApp and we'll confirm delivery.

Who we are
This website and the Diet King WhatsApp service are run by Shivaay Foods (proprietor Mohit Sunil Sharma), 72, Gulab Bagh Colony, Near Vijay Nagar, Indore 452010.
What we collect
Your name, WhatsApp number, delivery address and locality, your plan and delivery history, and the payment screenshots and UPI reference numbers you send us.
Why we use it
Only to run your meal plan: delivering meals, showing meals left, handling skips, verifying payments and replying to your messages.
WhatsApp messages
We use the WhatsApp Business Platform by Meta. We message you only about your plan, such as payment details, payment confirmation and a renewal reminder. We do not send promotional messages without your consent. Reply STOP anytime to stop messages.
Who we share it with
We never sell your data. Your name and address are shared with our delivery partner to deliver your meal. Our hosting and database providers store data on our behalf.
How long we keep it
While your plan is active, and afterwards only as long as needed for accounts and tax records under Indian law.

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data by WhatsApp or email at hello@dietking.in.
Terms of service
Plans and payment
Plans are prepaid by UPI. A plan starts after we confirm your payment on WhatsApp. Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Delivery
One meal per day in your chosen slot: breakfast 7–9 am, lunch 12–2 pm or dinner 7–9 pm. Traffic or weather may occasionally cause delays.
Skipping meals
Skip a meal on WhatsApp until 9 pm the day before. Skipped meals are added to the end of your plan.
Cancellations and refunds
For cancellations or refund requests, contact us on WhatsApp or email. Each request is reviewed based on the meals already delivered.
Food and allergies
Tell us about any allergy or dietary need before your plan starts. Meals are cooked in a kitchen that handles common allergens.
